Spin-Circuit Representation of Spin-Torque Ferromagnetic Resonance

Spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance (ST-FMR), particularly using magnetic insulators and heavy metals possessing a giant spin Hall effect (SHE), has received lot of attention for the development spintronic devices. To devise complex functional devices, it is necessary to construct equivalent spin-circuit representations different phenomena. Such are useful translating physical equations into circuit elements, benchmarking experiments, then developing creative efficient designs. We utilize superposition principle in theory separate magnetoresistance spin-pumping contributions ST-FMR experiments. show that proposed representation reproduces standard results found literature. further consider multilayers like spin-valve structure with SHE layer sandwiched by two layers how corresponding can be constructed simply writing vector netlist solving theory.
